📖 How to Play Blackjack

Objective

Beat the dealer by getting a hand value closer to 21 without going over (busting).

Card Values

Number cards (2-10): Face value
Face cards (J, Q, K): 10 points
Ace: 1 or 11 (whichever benefits you)

Gameplay

Place your bet using the chips
Deal: You and dealer each get 2 cards (one dealer card face-down)
Your turn: Hit (take card) or Stand (keep hand)
Dealer's turn: Dealer reveals hole card and must hit until reaching 17

Winning

Blackjack: Ace + 10-value card on first 2 cards (pays 3:2)
Win: Higher hand than dealer without busting (pays 1:1)
Push: Same value as dealer (bet returned)
Lose: Bust or lower than dealer

Special Actions

Double Down: Double your bet, receive exactly one more card
Insurance: When dealer shows Ace, bet half your wager against dealer blackjack (pays 2:1)
